I have added some adverts for italki to the website.
I am now an affiliate of italki. This means that if you sign up for classes on there by clicking on a link on Ideas in English, I recieve a small payment from italki.
What is italki?
Italki is website and app that connects teachers and students.
It’s a place where you can find an English teacher (or a teacher of another language) for one-to-one online lessons.
There are over 5,000 English teachers. It’s not expensive, and you can book lessons at times that are convenient for you.
why advertise italki?
I am hoping to make some money from my webiste, but I don’t want to charge or have lots of adverts on the site.
I chose to become an affiliate with italki because I think it is a really good place for learning languages. I have used it myself for learning Thai – during Covid, I did over 70 classes on there. I found an excellent teacher (thanks Jan) and really enjoyed studying on there.
